Nice stay but a bit cramped

We stayed one night in the King Studio and the staff were super friendly! The room was clean and I appreciate that the window opened for fresh air. But the breakfast was kinda basic, could use a little more variety. Overall, it was a comfy stay for a quick trip!

The breakfast options were tasty, with the crêpes being a standout. Enjoying the pool and hot tub was a highlight of our stay, providing excellent relaxation after a day of exploring. However, the air conditioning was noisy during the final nights, and maintenance had to address a loose shower valve and slow-draining sink upon arrival. Housekeeping missed cleaning one day of our stay, which was disappointing.

The door debacle was a buzzkill. After a long day celebrating our granddaughter's birthday, struggling with key cards was a real drag. At least they tossed us some points for the trouble, but it's a shame about the hiccup.

My stay was fantastic! The twin queen suite was very spacious and perfect for my family of four. The rooms were impressively clean and appeared freshly refurbished. Breakfast options were delightful, offering everything from cereal to waffles, making it a great start to the day.
